With these two simple commands administrator can restrict the end users to mount their flash drive. System administrator can access with remote system over ssh and simply run these two commands to allow or disallow USB mount point in Linux

1. Disable Mount Option Command

chmod 444 /media/

2. Allow Mount Option command

chmod 777 /media
